Terms for redeeming a 2-night stay voucher

  • The voucher entitles you to a stay of 2 nights for up to 1 to 4 persons – adults or children – during one stay. The voucher cannot be split into two separate stays. If used by one person only, no refund or cash equivalent is granted for the unused portion.

  • The voucher is not valid on blackout dates, especially during holidays, Christmas, New Year's Eve, and selected long weekends.

  • The voucher can be redeemed by booking on the Flatbook website and entering the voucher number in the designated field during booking.

  • To redeem the voucher, its number must be sent before arrival or provided following instructions received upon purchase.

  • The voucher can be used only once. After booking with it, the code cannot be reused.

  • Reservations made with the voucher are subject to cancellation and modification rules of the booking. If canceled after the free cancellation period, in case of no-show, or unused stay, the voucher is considered used.

  • The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. After expiration, it becomes invalid and cannot be used.

  • Unused voucher value is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • If the booking exceeds the voucher value, the difference must be paid according to the current booking price.

  • The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or other monetary benefits.

  • Keep the voucher until the end of your stay. Flatbook is not responsible for use if lost or shared with third parties, unless stated otherwise in the sales terms.

  • The voucher may only be used under the terms specified in the offer under which it was purchased or received.
