Hi!
Why are we writing to you?
Because you are our Guest. Your Parent or Guardian booked a stay in our Apartment. If you arrived with someone other than your Parent or Guardian, we made sure that your Parent or Guardian agreed to it.
We want you to feel safe and comfortable.
How do we know who you are?
We know your first and last name because the adult gave your details during the booking. We do this to make sure everything is alright.
Our staff member may ask the adult you came with to:
- show your documents,
- explain who that person is to you,
- provide contact details for your Parent or Guardian.
Who is our staff member?
Sometimes during check-in at the apartment, our staff member is present.
This is a person who works for our company and looks after the safety of our Guests, including children.
You can trust this person.
Remember!
Adults cannot hit you, pull you, push you, humiliate you, insult you, shame you, or intimidate you. You have the right to feel safe and be treated with respect.
No one can hug you, hold you, stroke you, tickle you, or touch you if you don't want them to or if you feel uncomfortable.
No one can take pictures of you without your permission and post them on the Internet.
What can you do if something bad happens?
If you feel unsafe, scared, or someone is hurting you:
- tell our staff member,
- tell your Parent or Guardian,
- you can also call 112.
If our staff member or another person notices that you might be in danger, they will pass this information on to their supervisor.
If you are afraid or an adult is hurting you - you can always tell our staff member or call 112.
We are here to make you feel safe.
