Please note that the breakfast offer includes breakfasts served as an open buffet. The breakfast offer also applies to children from 7 years old. Breakfasts are served in a restaurant with a beautiful view of the river, located at Chmielna 1, about 200 meters from the apartment. 

Next door to the building is a luxurious SPA & Wellness area, offering a swimming pool, jacuzzi, saunas, and a wide range of relaxation and beauty treatments. Entry to the wellness area costs 90 PLN for 1.5 hours per adult. Children aged 6 to 12 can enjoy the facilities for 45 PLN for 1.5 hours, while children up to 5 years old have free access. This is an ideal space for regeneration and a moment for yourself.

​There is also the possibility to purchase a parking space in the public underground garage – for an additional fee, according to the current price list.​

In the area, there may be sounds of construction work – both from inside the building (finishing apartments) and from outside. Due to the location near restaurants and in a lively environment, occasional noise is also possible.
