Please note that the breakfast offer includes breakfasts in the form of an open buffet. The breakfast offer also applies to children from 7 years old. Breakfasts are served in a restaurant with a beautiful view of the river, located at Chmielna 1 Street, about 200 meters from the apartment. 

Next door in the building, there is a luxury SPA & Wellness area offering a swimming pool, jacuzzi, saunas, and a wide range of relaxing and beauty treatments. Entrance to the wellness area costs 90 PLN for 1.5 hours per adult. Children aged 6 to 12 can enjoy the facilities at 45 PLN for 1.5 hours, while children under 5 have free admission. It is the perfect space for regeneration and some time for yourself.

​There is also the possibility to purchase a parking space in the public underground garage – for an additional fee, according to the current price list.​

In the vicinity, construction noises may occur – both from inside the building (apartment finishing works) and outside. Due to the location near restaurants and in a lively environment, occasional noise is also possible.
