Please note that the breakfast offer includes breakfast served as an open buffet. The breakfast offer also applies to children from 7 years old. Breakfasts are served in a restaurant with a beautiful river view, located at Chmielna Street 1, about 200 meters from the apartment. 

Next door to the building is a luxury SPA & Wellness area offering a pool, jacuzzi, saunas, and a wide range of relaxation and care treatments. Entrance to the wellness area costs 90 PLN for 1.5 hours for an adult. Children aged 6 to 12 can use the facilities at a price of 45 PLN for 1.5 hours, while children up to 5 years old have free admission. It is the perfect space to regenerate and take a moment for yourself.

​It is also possible to purchase a parking space in a public underground garage – for an additional fee according to the current price list.​

In the vicinity, there may be sounds of construction work – both inside the building (finishing apartments) and outside. Due to the location near restaurants and a lively environment, occasional noise is also possible.
